Dear Mystic Partner,

We have been recently made aware of a small batch of Mystic Handlepass Leashes with a design flaw resulting in the potential for the leash not to release. This occurs only in a small amount of the effected pieces but obviously is a huge concern.

There is a clear way to find any pieces that could be effected, so please check your stock immediately.

If your leash has BLACK stitching in the dyneema rope (like the image attached) this product must not be used, it must be return to us for replacement. If the leash has WHITE, SILVER or GREY stitching, as in around 95% of the stock we have here then there is no issue.

This applies to any leashes from the 2017 range, Neoprene, Neoprene Short and Regular Handlepass Leashes.

Please inform all customers that have purchased a Mystic Handlepass Leash since the 2017 delivery landed in February to check for BLACK stitching.
