If anyone can make an inflatable boat well it has to be the Czech company Gumotex and we have a used boat (which is like New) being sold by a customer for a very reasonable £325.00. It comes complete with a carry bag, fast inflation pump (with a pressure gauge) and a repair kit.
It is Grade 3 White Water rated One Person boat and is self bailing so great for sea use. These are not a toy (far better than the Sevylor Colarado 305 we used to sell for £325.00) and do take a look at the Gumotex Website as it will show you why these boats are so good! Click Here
