Covid 19. Changes to how we operate.



Covid 19. Changes as from Wednesday 25th March 2020.
 
Due to the new trading guidelines announced by the Government 23 03 2020 we are now Closed to customers entering the shop. This is for everyone's safety and we are happy to do whatever we can to try to delay any spread of the virus. The shop will continue as a mail order supplier for as long as we feel this is safe to do so.
 
OPENING TIMES for MAIL ORDER CONTACT.
*Monday to Friday opening will from now on be 9.30am until 5.00pm
We will continue to be *Closed on Tuesdays.
From this weekend we will no longer be open on Saturday or Sundays as there is no real need for us to be here and we wish to cut travelling to a minimum. Please keep checking the website or Facebook page for further updates.

PLACING ORDERS or ENQUIRIES.
Please Call on 01273465366 (if we do not answer please leave a message) or email us at mail@surfladle.co.uk and we will do our best to respond as quickly as we can.  Can we ask that you only facebook messenger when the other two options are not possible, as we cannot always access it and your message may be missed. 
 
Payment for kit can be by Bank Transfer, Card (not Amex or Diners,.. sorry!) and also PayPal. 
 
If you already have kit on order we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as possible but please bare with us as it is getting very difficult to get exact delivery dates. We will update you as soon as we hear anything.
 
I hope this makes good sense to everyone and we cannot wait to get back to the Social and Fun side
of selling the Toys to You all!
