And what an Easter Weekend we have coming up.. wall to wall Sunshine for Friday and Saturday and.. a temp of 23° (I think it hit 27° today for a short period.. lovely!). Sunday is looking like it will cool off a little and Monday, well those lovely Nor'East winds return to cut the temp in half.. turn the heating back on!!

Heartbreaking though for us.. an Easter weekend with the weather we need to kick off the season! It has been a while since we have had one this warm (if my memory is correct) but I guess we will just have to enjoy the sunshine and forget what could have been. Thank you Life for giving us the Easter we want, shame it is when we can't make the most of it.

 

 

So what is your plan for the next four days... if you have not already completed all of the things that 'like' to be done in warm weather then I guess the paint brush may be coming out or maybe 'exercise' is on the agenda... and for the evenings, although still not that long, it surely has to be BBQ time ( which has just reminded me that I forgot to get Fish after queuing for 25 mins to get into the supermarket this evening!). There will be plenty of things to do and keep your mind off of those hankerings to get a little water in the ears, nose and throat!

 

 

I think some people may have forgotten that we are in lock down. I was surprised to see so many cars out on the road today and also parked up in all of our local lay-bys, which I guess meant that people think that it's fine to drive to places to walk the dog etc. Is that OK?.. I have no idea but the quicker we get the virus contained, by not passing it around, the quicker I can get out and have fun again ! Damn, I am so selfish.... 

 

 

Wish I could 'push' a SUP or a Foil or a Wing but holding back on this until I can do it without feeling a tad guilty.. so let's move to the Easter weekends weather and Tides.

 

 

Good Friday.. HOT and winds from the East at approx. 10kts

Tides are BIG and hit High at 12.50hrs on a 6.7m

 

 

Saturday..still HOT and winds East swinging around to the South 6 -8kts. Tide is High at 13.32hrs on a 6.5m

 

 

Easter Sunday..the odd cloud but still 19° and the winds are light from the South 6kts. Tide is High at 14.14hrs on a 6.2m

 

 

Easter Monday.. WOW... 12° with winds from the Nor'East at 16kts.. What a change! Tide hits High at 14.59 hrs on a 5,8m,

 

 

AND THAT IS IT for tonight.. way past my bed time but I just wanted to bore the pants off you in the time honoured way!
